Our Primary Mission
Our Mission is to obtain psychic and financial profit by providing customers with desirable products and services. There are certain essential tasks that the Company must perform in order to accomplish its mission. To successfully accomplish these tasks the Company has organized itself under the umbrella of a team environment. This environment requires the recognition of all Company employees as one Company Team.

Team Environment
The Company Team is broken down into sub-teams and functions. Each Team, including the Company Team, has two basic generic functions – Team Leader and Team Member. The owner appoints the Company Team Leader. The Company Team Leader hires the Company Team Members and assigns them a particular function. That assigned function could be as a Team Leader and/or Team Member of one of the Company sub-teams.

Each of the Company sub-teams and functions have a particular, full time task to perform that directly relates to a particular work requirement of the Company Mission. These teams and functions are responsible for organizing themselves and interacting with each other in a way that will efficiently accomplish the tasks assigned.

To support the Company and Team Missions by accomplishing the tasks assigned: Organization & Administration, The Work, Working Standards, Communication/Education.

Tech Service Team
To maintain and improve the technical health and capabilites of the company.

Manufacturing Team
To manufacture quality products on time in the safest most efficient manner possible.

Sales Team
To maintain and grow the sales of the Company.

Logistical Support Team
The provisions, procurement, distribution, maintenance and replacement
of raw materials, consumable supplies, tools, equipment and special services for the Company Teams and Functions.
