Using our years of experience in thermoforming and heat sealing high-performance films we have developed methods to produce high quality prototypes in very short time frames.

Thermoforming Prototyping

Depending on the application, Thermoforming prototypes can be created in as little as 24 hours using our Dimension 3Dprinter. We are capable of working in most common CAD drawing formats, or even an emailed sketch.

Heat Sealing Prototyping

Depending on the complexity of the design Heat Sealed prototypes can be produced promptly . Our custom built high temperature heat sealers allow us the flexibility to accommodate small to large sized heat-sealed applications.
