Prototype, Pre-Production and Production

Welch Fluorocarbon has decades of custom manufacturing experience assisting clients with everything from proof of concept prototypes to recurring annual production runs equal or greater than one million parts a year.

Material Storage and Handling

Due to our robust ISO 9001:2008 Quality System and extensive experience within the medical device community, we have very tight control over all aspects of our raw material. Each and every detail of our manufacturing process is traceable all the way back to the original material vendor.

Delivery and Lead Times

Depending on the application, our custom manufacturing lead times can be very fast due to the flexibility of our processes. For large annual production jobs we have vast experience with blanket orders and kanban scheduling systems.
