Drum Liners & Pail Liners made with Teflon® film are used in industrial applications without the fear of stress cracking due to severe operating conditions. These sturdy liners offer a leak tight design. The liner is constructed of Modified PTFE or Teflon® PFA film that's flexible, resists tears, and has superior flexing capabilities. Excellent release properties of the Teflon® film allows for easy cleaning and reusability. Liners are available in stock sizes for 1 gallon, 3.5 gallon and 5 gallon pails or any custom pail size. Welch Fluorocarbon also offers liners for 33 gallon and 55 gallon drums.

          - Dimensions fit Nampac HDPE plastic open head pails, confirm dimensions before order
          - Length and width dimensions include seals
          - 1/16" maximum selvage permitted outside the seals
          - Length and width tolerances +/- 3/16" unless otherwise specified
          - Open end will not be offset unless specified
          - Other requirements may be specified, including tape reinforcement or splicing
          - Dimensions of length & width oversized to accommodate folding over on open end
          - Liner must be supported when filling
          - Examine container for sharp edges, protrusions or weld spits to prevent punctures,
            especially metal drums
